My unhealthy relationship with food started when I was 10 years old, when I was 16 years old I was diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa. Over the years my body went through hell, because of my BMI being so low I stopped getting a period. I started going into early menopause. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis(and osteopinia) when I was 17, they told me I had a 4% chance of it EVER improving. I was also told that I was a chronic case(due to many unsuccseful hospital admissions), that I had no hope of ever recovering. I went through the scare of having my organs start to fail. They(the doctors) told me I would never be able to get pregnant or carry a baby full term. It is only by the grace of God that I can say I AM living in recovery, that my body is stronger then it has ever been and that I have a beautiful daughter that I carried full term with only minor complecations.
I am so thankful for the life I have been given, for the husband and daughter that God has blessed me with. Praise be to God, always.

I love it when doctors tell us we can't carry our baby full term!
